In the list of ten most healthy cuisines are also included Italy and Spain, which are known for seafood and olive oil. Greece was on the list thanks to fat sardines and eggplant. Israel is famous for its spices and seasonings. Korean cuisine is known for kimchi - spicy pickled vegetables.
